How do I pay if I do not have a PayPal account set up?

It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay for your order. You can choose to enter your credit card information through PayPal.

How will I receive my order?

All orders will be processed as soon as possible. Many of the items listed are in stock and ready for next-day pickup, but some items could take up to 1-3 weeks from ordering depending on volumes. You will receive an email notification when the order is complete.

During checkout, you’ll have the option to select the following pickup or delivery options:

  1. Pickup at our location at 400 Broadway Street in Wyoming during our business hours of Monday – Friday, 8am to 4pm.
  2. Flat Rate delivery option of $10 + Taxes
  3. All local orders over $50 (before taxes) are eligible for free delivery. These areas include Alvinston, Brigden, Bright’s Grove, Camlachie, Corunna, Courtright, Forest, Inwood, Mooretown, Oil City, Oil Springs, Petrolia, Sarnia, Watford, and Wyoming.

Am I able to return my order and receive a refund?

Due to the nature of many of our products, all sales are final. If you have any quality issues, please contact us right away to discuss options.
